The Company’s corporate governance practices have been designed to be in compliance with applicable legal requirements and best practices. Routes Gold continues to monitor developments in all its applicable jurisdictions with a view to keeping its governance policies and practices current. Although Routes Gold is not required to comply with most of the New York Stock Exchange listing standards regarding corporate governance, Routes Gold has adopted similar standards as part of its corporate governance practices.
